Hi, I’m Kristina,

For almost a decade now I have been on a journey of self-exploration and healing. Through Yoga, Psychology, Psychedelics, Plant Medicines, and Timeless Wisdom I have come home to myself and blossomed into more and more of who I always have been, hidden beneath the layers of conditioning.

As I have journeyed along my own path I have accrued my personalized toolkit. With certification in Internal Family Systems (IFS), Coaching, Himalayan Kundalini Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), Meditation, Access Consciousness, Quantum Liberation and Reiki, as well as years of personal insights and experiences from working with clients has brought me to this moment.

I believe my role here is to hold a loving and safe space for us to shine light into the crevices. To allow the mind to rest. To surrender to Holy Spirit and to become the radiance we are, that you are! Living from the heart with love.

A Little Bit More…

I am an Aquarian Sun, a Dreamspell Monkey, and a Chinese Dog. A Creator profile with a whole heap of grounded Earth energy to keep me rooted whilst my mind gets to play with the creation of life… I am a deep lover of all things Pachamamita, an Earthkeeper, Shamanic Warrior, Space Holder.

I love to dance, to sing, and to play and I love yoga… when I can pull myself onto my mat. I love to breathe deep, swim naked and to eat delicious foods and drink. I love to meditate, to pray, to learn and to share. I’m all in for the murkiness that healing brings and the snot, sweat, and tears that comes along with peeling back the layers of the ego. I love explorative conversations, contemplating human behaviour, consciousness and new ways of thinking as much as I love and appreciate the silence of solitude.

I stand for truth, for equality, for freedom, and for heart expanding love.

I spend my life travelling the globe to where I am guided, wherever Spirit needs me or wants me to be, to allow the unfolding of life to happen for me, around me. My life partner, soul mate and Co-Creator in many realms, Daniel, is never too far from my side.

I walk this earth to contribute to the manifestation of my deepest prayer… for all beings to be in their fullest freedom. For us to come into communion with all beings and with the Earth herself. For the waters, rainforests, deserts, fields, soil, forests, marshes and skies may be filled with abundant life. And that we each may be gifted the courage, sight, strength and wisdom to take our place within it all.
